Myanmar Company Incorporation
Setting up a company in Myanmar may be a long and tedious process, but the government has made significant efforts, to reshape its economic and political reforms to create for a more favorable environment for investors interested to establish their business in Myanmar. Moreover its economic transition and development, coupled with untapped resources provide an excellent opportunity to invest in Myanmar.
There are two options available in incorporating a Myanmar company for both local and foreign investors; either under the Myanmar Companies Act (MCA) or the Myanmar Foreign Investment Law Act (MFIL). The key differences between these two options are the minimum amount of capital required and the tax exemptions the firms are entitled to.
However, an important point to note is that not every firm can be incorporated under both options. The eventual choice of incorporation very much depends on the industry or sector the company belongs to. Our range of incorporation packages include corporate bank account opening and application and submission of necessary licences and permits.
