COVID-19 Safe Management Measures
(updated as at 21 September 2020)
Our offices remain operational with precautionary measures in place to ensure that we continue to serve our clients and partners effectively while ensuring the well-being of our staff. Below are the measures implemented by our offices for your information.
Singapore has moved to Phase 2 - Safe Transition of post circuit-breaker measures which has commenced since 19 June 2020. Phase 2 will entail the resumption of a broader range of activities. Almost the entire economy will re-open, subject to safe management measures being in place.
We're pleased to inform you that our Singapore office has re-opened, with the following safe management measures in place:
(1) Adjusted Operating Hours
To minimise the risk of exposure to COVID-19 and facilitate safe commuting for our staff and visitors, we have adjusted our operating hours to Monday - Friday: 9:30AM - 4:30PM.
(2) Contact Tracing Support
We have deployed the SafeEntry system. Anyone coming into our office must scan the QR code displayed at the entrance and produce the SafeEntry Pass upon successful submission of their details to our authorised personnel before entering and leaving the office premise. Our staff are also advised to download the TraceTogether app. This app is designed to supplement the current nationwide contact tracing efforts.
(3) Personal Protective Equipment and Personal Hygiene
All staff and visitors must wear a mask at all times while they’re in the office premise. We have made available masks and hand sanitizers for staff and visitors should they need them.
(4) Limited Meeting Requirements
Existing precautionary measures apply to both staff and visitors, such as those highlighted above in (2) and (3). Meeting spaces have also been demarcated to ensure safe distancing between individuals.
(5) Letters Collection
Clients are advised to call-in to confirm the date of collection of their letters. We can arrange for these letters to be couriered to clients on an ‘urgent’ basis.
(6) Courier of Documents between Singapore and Myanmar
Letters/documents will be collated and sent once a month.
These measures are in addition to existing precautionary measures such as temperature checks, travel/health declarations and protocols for the management of unwell persons.
