INTER GROUP AND INTER CONSULTING HAS ADOPTED THE TRIPARTITE STANDARDS ON RECRUITMENT PRACTICESWritten by Inter Group
SINGAPORE, 6 May 2020 – We are pleased to announce that Inter Group and Inter Consulting has adopted the Tripartite Standards. The Tripartite Standards is an initiative that identifies and recognises employers who have implemented fair and progressive employment practices. Tripartite Standards are a set of guidelines introduced by TAFEP (Tripartite Alliance for Fair and Progressive Employment Practices) of which there are eight standards and they each cover various aspects of employment areas such as fair recruitment practices, flexible work arrangements, grievance handling processes, age management and more. By adopting the Tripartite Standards, we are committed towards building a better workplace for our staff. We will continue to ensure that our staff are treated fairly and with respect, and we will do our best to support them to achieve their full potential. Inter Group and Inter Consulting is a proud adopter of the Tripartite Standards on Recruitment Practices (RP). This means we assess and select job applicants through merit-based and inclusive hiring practices. This is especially important in a global and diverse workforce environment.
